Live in the now!

Hi my fellow yogis! I’ve been focusing a lot of my energy recently trying to live in the now. I have always had a hard time with being patient and living for TODAY instead of focusing so much in the past or future. I have realized how much stress & anxiety can be lifted when you focus on the now. It’s important to trust in the Universe and know that everything that is in your life now is there for a reason. Whether to teach you a lesson, help you to grow & be strong or just maybe to bring you happiness. No matter what the case may be, what you have now is what you need now in your life. So I invite you to live for today… Not tomorrow not yesterday but today! No need to rush life…Have patience, have fun, work hard & have a loving soul…Everything else will fall into place as it should ~:-)

Be You!

Happy August! I wanted to start off this post with a quote…
“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. The part of this quote that I think about most is “Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge.” This is so great because often we let the ego get the best of us & we think or feel things we may not want to think or feel. In the midst of these moments is when you should stop & think to yourself… “Is this how I want to feel?” Once you let go of the urge to control your life, your circumstances, the people around you, how people feel about you & start living for YOU… You will feel an immense sense of freedom rush over you. This certainly takes time and I have been working on this process for a while now. I know all I can do in this life is be a good person & be myself! So I invite you today to just BE YOU! Don’t worry about what others think about you…Be kind, be caring, be understanding, laugh often, don’t judge & just let go. ॐ
