Learn to Bend!

While talking to a friend this week it really made me realize the importance of going with the flow in life. We need to LEARN to bend so we don’t break. It takes time to learn how to be flexible and just let things be but once you embrace this idea, life becomes a little bit easier. You can plan and plan to the very last tiny detail but things don’t always go as planned.
In my life I try to stay positive and make the best out of every situation. If you can go through struggles and keep pushing forward you’re on the right path. Be proud of yourself for that! It’s hard to keep truckin’ when you feel angry, upset or defeated but life keeps changing and moving on…and so can you! I challenge you all to let go of those hardships today and start to LEARN to bend ~:-)

I’ve been practicing more back bend poses lately. Here’s my attempt at the Pigeon pose! Still needs a little work but I’m learning to bend more and more each day…physically and mentally 🙂
